The vehicle was shabby and made me uncomfortable driving it, plus the staff didn’t explain anything properly. I felt like I was dealing with amateurs. Definitely wouldn’t book here again given the experience.

I chose TJ’s Transportation as they seemed legit online, but the pickup was delayed and the car condition disappointing. It had dents and the AC wasn’t working properly, making my trip uncomfortable. Staff were not very apologetic either. Really do not recommend for hassle-free rentals.

Yo so honestly I wasn’t hyped at first cuz the car had a weird smell, but the folks at TJ’s made up for it. They were super laid back and helped me swap a car quick when I asked. Not perfect, but their vibe saved the day. Would maybe try again if they fix the ride quality.
