Good: Fantastic hotel! Very unique rooms with an excellent sense of style in an exceptional area. The room was very well cleaned and provisioned, every need taken care of, thank you!
The staff are very welcoming, really nice bunch of people

Bad: Nothing! I saw a lot of reviews concerning the noise from the windows of the property. All the hotel information states this is a grade 2 listed property and that the windows can not be changed. Also, you are in a very busy part of london. I don't feel it's fair that the reviews should be marked down because of this.
