7Comfortable hotel, well located. Check extra charges for city taxes and breakfasts!
Good: Comfortable, well-equipped bedrooms, good location. Satisfied overall.
Bad: Not as much variety (especially fresh fruit) for breakfasts as in other Japanese hotels, and breakfast was more expensive than elsewhere. Hotel staff appeared keen to help but their electronic systems didnt seem helpful to them. Booking.com didnt include the 200 per night city tax so I was taken aback to be required to pay this tax on checking out (not the amount but the timing). It would be clearer and better to show additional costs such as optional breakfasts and compulsory city taxes clearly in the initial booking forms.

9Everything is good, just wish it was closer to the train station
Good: The staff were very helpful
The bed was very comfortable
The room was very clean and you can watch netflix on the tv
It's close to a lot of things like the Nishiki market
There's a bus station nearby as well (around 4-min walk)
Wifi is fast
Bad: It might be normal in comparison with other hotels but I had difficulties going to the hotel from the train station. It took me around 13 mins to get there on foot I think. Nevertheless, once I settled, everything was good. So I might still go back and will definitely recommend the place.
