10Awesome hotel great location - fabulous view from room of the strip and more exclusive check in and floors.
Good: Fabulous hotel - great location, good atmosphere and stylish. Not as busy as the other hotel casinos and Crockford has more exclusive prove check and floors.

7Very clean but concierge service needs improve.
Good: Everything is very clean, and their items are of high quality.
Bad: The concierge service is slow to respond, or they don't respond at all to my questions by email. When I asked if they had a microwave, they said no, and they also refused to bring one to my room. They will do their best to accommodate your request but wont go above and beyond to your request.
