Good: Clean, good size double room, breakfast was great, water and ice always available, right near bus stop for #9 bus and not too far from train station. Good value for money.

Good: Hotel was well located, room was nice and clean and had everything we needed, but the common areas were very busy with tour groups.
I also liked that there were washing machines.
We stayed for 5 nights and I think its good for 1-2 nights but maybe not much for longer stays like us.
Bad: Breakfast in general.
The breakfast room was very small and busy at all times since most of slots were booked by tour groups that occupied the whole area.
I also noticed the food quality was lower compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan. Fruit was frozen and canned and eggs were very oily, for example.
There were only 3 washing machines for the whole hotel. Not ideal for so many guests. There were queues of people waiting to use the machines.
