Bad: first room had no air con. Waited for maintenance until 4:00AM and he never came. Finally begged for assistance and they moved us to another room with more air conditioning issues. I've never had a problem with claustrophobia before -now i do.

Good: Perfect location, room was silent and pitch black when going to sleep, good size if planning to be out and about all day and just needing a base

Bad: The shower is overhead and the water sprays out diagonally, making it impossible to wash body without hair getting soaked
