10Great stay in Rome
Good: The entire staff at this hotel is fantastic. They were very kind and helpful from the very beginning to our departure. The breakfast is very good and the team that served us were excellent. The rooms and facility are very modern and upgraded and the room was exceptionally comfortable. Nice view from the roof top as well. Miriam at the reception desk went above and beyond to help us get a hotel in Florence. She personally called the Room Mate Isabella in Florence for us and got us all set up. Thank you!

8Very comfortable hotel in central but quiet location.
Good: The hotel was better than expected and very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location was great and rooms very quiet given the central location.
Bad: We requested one twin room. This is really important for us as we have boy/girl teenage twins. We were given a double room for them. We did ask about separating the beds but hotel could not do this. Kids did share but not ideal and this is something I always filter for when searching on booking.com. I think it needs to be made clear at booking if there is no guarantee of getting a twin room.
