Bad: Works ongoing in the hotel, very long waiting time for the only working elevator, the AC was not functioning and I could only open a tiny tiny portion of the window...
Team was not very welcoming and helpful - The Hotel even refused to give me an invoice (said because I booked through booking.com,,,,) and is not replying to my emails and phone calls
