Good: The customer service was great.
Bad: I was very dissatisfied with the food and drinks. We tried the Asian restaurant. I order combo fried rice. The shrimp was diced into mini pieces & beef used was fatty. The drinks seemed watered down. This was our first time staying outside of a Hilton.

7Its ok nothing to rave about no clubs
Good: Family friendly and everything was centralized in one location for example (most restaurants were located on ground floor spa and gym on another) Roof top steak house is the best hands down skip the rest.
Bad: We were a medium sized group attending a wedding and # 1 complaint was moldy smell in the suites we all complained but they were fully booked and unable to accommodate some of us with a room change. We lost a night due to airline delays and hotel didnt reimburse or offer an upgrade.
