Good: The location and parking.
Bad: The room wasn't ready. Check it time. Nets were flying around in the lobby area. Where the chairs where's. The room was fine, and the beds were okay. Food could have been cooked better, especially the meat. Check out went well. The staff didn't speak to the customer once they entered the lobby. Or acknowledge the guest who was waiting for help. At least speak to us so we will feel welcome. That's great customer service. I didn't take photos. I did a video to show that no damages occurred for my record.

Good: Nothing
Bad: Our total bill was $688, they had a hold on $835 when I arrived. At check in they said I had to pay $440. Desk clerk treated me like dirt because my card was declined. I said release the hold and I can pay you. She was disrespectful and rude. Free breakfast was bad ( except the apples) and the one elevator is slow. A/C makes a high pitched squeak that is like nails on a chalkboard. Red velvet chair with some kind of stain , we never touched it. We called it the sex chair
