Good: The shuttle service
Bad: King bed had two paper thin pillows. Asked for more, none available. No additional towels available. Shower didn?t have stops on the doors so bathroom flooded every time you took a shower. Safe broken. Never fixed.No extra TP. Many more issues.

Good: This hotel at least gave us complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby with their little machine. Free shuttle to airport was a must and much appreciated. This IBIS hotel was a little nicer than the one in Brussels.
Bad: Distance from airport was a little far out. No restaurants around for food choices, only a restaurant in the hotel. No complimentary water bottles in room.
