Good: The hotel staff! So friendly and helpful. Location felt safe and accessed wonderful neighborhood for food and shopping. The fact that we were able to access laundry was exceptional as I stayed for 10 days. Also there was a cool restaurant/bar - Ophelia.
Bad: The shower head was not working properly and even though maintenance came right away it still was noisy and water didnt flow properly. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Good: Loved this was an apartment instead of just a room. Large living space/kitchen/dining area/bedroom/bathroom. Nice to have separate spaces to relax. Check-in is 4pm. We arrived at 10am and our place was ready! SO NICE! The staff was wonderful! VERY CLEAN!
Bad: There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I would stay again!
