Bad: More than 6,800 was taken from me, they wanted to take money again during the check-in and check-out process. The money I paid, around 7,500 , was on authorization, they would charge me again, the other amount would be transferred to my account after 5 days, they made us experience a joke day, they ruined our holiday.

9We had a lovely time staying at the MO in Marrakech
Good: We had a lovely time staying at the MO in Marrakech and we were very spoilt from the minute we arrived, including an upgrade from a Suite to a Villa including the butler service. No request was too much and we had a wonderful time ! Thank you to everyone, especially Zack, Ayoub & Fiona !
