10Wondering morden hotel, pool area beautiful and steps from beach couldnt ask for more.
Good: Everything from the friendly staff, room with balcony sea view, beautiful beach just steps away.

Bad: The front desk personnel had a major attitude. After having speaking to the manager, he apologized and offered either a dinner or a dink. on the last day we selected to have a drink while waiting for the taxi. when i gave the voucher to the server i was told that I had to mention this before (i never understood what difference it would have made). After bringing it to the attention of the front desk, i was told that I had to mention this to the bar personnel and that there was nothing they could do. I left my business card and my mobile number for the manager to call or email me. Never did. Why in the world would he offer dinner or drink and then not deliver? I travel 75% of my time for work and this staff attitude is a major NO NO for me.

10Perfect location, wonderful staff, great atmosphere.
Good: The facilities were clean, well maintained, and seemed to be quite modern. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to do whatever they could to assist us. We travelled with our baby and the staff always offered to assist us with taking her over to the beach or up the stairs. They were very courteous and professional. The bar staff made some exceptional cocktails, and the food was always delicious.
The restaurant is clean and well operated. Breakfast was always the standard options with some local treats too.
We are already planning our return trip - we loved it.
Bad: They didnt enforce the dont leave your towels on sun beds rule so many of the beds by the pool and beach were reserved before 7am.
Also our twin bed was two single beds pushed together but made as two singles.
