Good: The property was clean. They let me check in an hour early since the heat outside was unbearable and also you can leave your luggage in hotel if your flight is late and you want to roam around for free.

Good: The location is excellent ,very close to Termini Station and surrounded by many restaurants, supermarkets, and souvenir shops.
Cleanliness is good, with daily changes of bed sheets and towels.
Bad: The room, overall, is old and gives that impression as soon as you enter. The facilities are in need of maintenance, with many missing details that should be addressed. For example, the shower had no curtain or barrier to prevent water from spreading outside the bathtub, which left the bathroom floor and the toilet completely wet. There was no holder to hang the showerhead while bathing, and no hooks or racks to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom.
The room was generally quiet, but we were forced to wake up at 7 a.m. due to the noise made by the cleaning staff as they prepared to start their work. The room seemed to be located next to a storage room, and the workers would begin around 7 a.m., making noise and speaking loudly without consideration. One of them even played music on a phone speaker, which forced me to get up, approach them, and ask them to turn off the music and be mindful of the noise. The situation improved in the following days, but the noise remained present nonetheless.
The breakfast was very poor, to the point that I chose not to go to the breakfast room at all during the last two days of my stay.
One final note: the room did not offer any complimentary items—not even water. There was a small fridge in the room, but it didn’t work. I informed the reception twice, but apparently, they couldn’t find the time to fix it during the four days we stayed there.
