Bad: Staff were extremely rude. We booked and paid for a 2 bedroom apartment and were taken to a double room. I was travelling with my mother!! They didnt care. The concierge thought it was funny. Said he would get us some sheets so I could make up the sofa bed. Finally got through to the manager who was even worse. So rude and disrespectful to guests who had booked and prepaid 4 months ago. Finally got a freeupgrade to a larger room with 2 double beds but still not what I had paid for. After that no contact or follow up from any staff. Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid this place.

Bad: When we checked in nobody was there. We waited for a while and then finally a man who was painting went and got the individual working the front desk. He was abrupt, not helpful at all. Even when we left we asked if he could call a taxi and he said its difficult to get one now. All the other places we stayed on our trip were so much more helpful. The shower is not private at all. When someone would go to the washroom it echoed throughout the room. It was very inconvenient and embarrassing. Employees leave at 5 so if you need anything you are out of luck. They were quite cheap with the toilet paper. We ran out in the morning, left for the day, returned to our room to see it had been cleaned but no toilet paper was left. So 4 women, had to go from 6pm to 9am with no toilet paper! The rooms were dark and not inviting, our room did not look like the picture. There was a big piece of, Im not sure what it was, maybe an extra headboard, left right in the middle if the room, leaning against the wall, just taking up space. This was the only place we stayed where breakfast was not offered. I really did not like anything about this place.
