Good: Location and size.
Bad: Mysterious high pitched beeping sound in the unit throughout the stay. Woke me up in the middle of the night and it continued on and off for an hour.

Good: great location, good sized room with amenities for making our own food, and cleaning everyday which is great during a longer stay
Bad: the buffet breakfast offering is still sub-par; they would benefit from a better western offering with more fruit options, better cooked eggs and bacon. The gym could also do with an upgrade of equipment

10Spacious and well-equipped
Good: The room was very spacious and well-equipped, at least for Japan, and the staff was an absolute delight. They were also very helpful with holding our luggage and helping us get it forwarded onto our next hotel. The location was also quite good, just a 10 minute walk to the closest train station or a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku Station (where you can get anywhere)
Bad: The walls were a bit dinged up which made them look kind of dirty, but everything else about the room felt very clean. I think it's just light cosmetic damage and didn't bother me.
