Good: Very friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly good breakfast (though not very diverse and lacking hot food)—pastries are better than in London bakeries (which is not a compliment to the city in general). Comfortable beds. Good location.
Bad: Extremely overpriced (however, it's a general problem in London) and tiny—even opening a suitcase might be a problem. Tight bathroom. A lot of noise from the street.
