8Nice place to sleep in Cancun city
Good: The best of the place is the staff, they were so helpful. They help us in all our requests, and solve all our questions. Also, the breakfast it was amazing.
Bad: The windows in the room weren't so good, so you could listen the traffic for the street. But we were in the second floor, so we slept really good.

Good: breakfast choice limited choice and NO buffet to could not order more to eat if requested- only toast or tea could be re-ordered No tea -coffee making facilities in the bedrooms refused to refill water bottles- insisted on you buying each time from the drinks vending machine location- easy to get to airport bus station male receptionist was helpful and accommodating lady receptionist unhelpful and miserable pool was cold highly recommend local restaurant La Parrmilla
