1Hotel is old, room not clean, and hotel management not helpful.

Good: Never stay in this Hotel! We checked into room 112. It turned out the card key didnt work. We need to use front desks master key to help unlock our door.
Things got worst when on the second night around 7pm, the inside door knot handle loosen and we were trapped inside the room for a good 30 min. Hotel refused to change room for us saying they are 100 % booked which I doubted it because early Nov is hardly a peak season in Rome.
After much hacking they agreed to pay for our remaining two nights stay at the Nazionale 51 which is a Hostel next door.
We really feel cheated as we pay for a hotel price but had to move to a hostel instead.
There are hundreds of hotels in room. Pls stay away from Hotel Giolli.

Bad: At night they only have a night staff who is only two months old with the hotel. he is helpful but changing room need to seek management approval. I asked to speak to their hotel manager and was told its a holiday and the hotel manager is off duty!
