Good: The location is the best thing about this hotel if you're planning to go to the Statue of Liberty, 911 museum. Also, there are some restaurant options in the area. Other than that, it's just a place to sleep. Staff is pleasant and professional.
Bad: It's promoted as 4 star hotel. It is not. Maybe 2.5 or 3 stars is more accurate. The place is old.

Good: The location of the hotel is good for business in the Financial District. Lots of options for spaces to meet, to eat, or to have a drink. There is also free WiFI that's strong enough for the basics.
Bad: The room was sparse with warping faux board floor, peeling wood laminate, and a loose bathroom faucet. There were no amenities that qualified the hotel as four star. Complaints about a wonky toilet and flashing lights in the room went unaddressed.
