Good: Generally, everything is satisfactory, with a very convenient location just a few steps from the train station.
Bad: As it is located close to the train station, you can hear trains in the room, and when trains passing by, all the decor in the room vibrates. It's not a big deal, but be ready for it.

Bad: Tiny room as in all Paris, carpet floors need some love, the bathroom was equipped with low quality hardware.
