Good: My daugther got sick during our 5 days vacation in hong kong. The staff help us with everything we need. From doctor check up, calling taxii. Making sure my daughter get the assistant she need.
Big thanks to the night shift at the lobby station.

Bad: The room I was given was quite old,with a ripped curtain.they changed it but definitely the photos don't match with the reality.Definitely not good value for the money I paid! Not recommended
