Good: Staff was excellent. Very clean property. Much better service and cleanliness now than when it was an Extended Stay America.
Bad: The area around the hotel is not a good neighborhood and there was a mentally ill homeless person in the parking lot screaming and police and ambulance sirens all night long.

4Won’t be staying here again
Good: Wasn’t far from the strip.
Bad: Right off the bat check in was horrible. They ur already charged my card for the first night, ok fine all they had to do was charge the remaining balance but no instead it was a hold they placed on my card and still had to charge me the full amount. I have never heard of that if they put a “hold” it will clear so they just needed to charge the rest but nope they charged me the full amount which was almost $300. So on top of the $300 charge my card had a hold of $135 and then they say there’s a $100 dollar hold fee which was never listed on the site. The representatives did not seem to know what they were doing they even had to call their supervisor who was not working for help. Took almost 15min just to check in.
The room was ok but the floor was absolutely disgusting. I would recommend wearing chanclas when walking on the floor or wearing socks and throw them away after. Was so gross!
They offered an “American breakfast” which I’ve never heard of but figured it was the basic muffins, juice maybe pastries but no was just a pitcher of coffee no juice or anything else simply just coffee which was not good.
