6Good stay disappointing service
Good: Location was great, Breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable.
Bad: This was my second stay at hotel Presidente within the span of 8 days, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. Upon arrival, we encountered difficulties with the reception, as they struggled to locate our booking in their system. Despite having made the reservation through Booking.com and confirming it upon our first arrival, we were initially told that no booking existed. It took the intervention of another staff member to rectify the issue and grant us access to our accommodations. Regrettably, the service throughout our stay left much to be desired. Despite requesting water for my colleague's room on two separate occasions, it was never delivered. Additionally, our dining experience was marred by excessively slow service. While the quality of the food at the restaurant was commendable, the time it took to be attended to was unacceptable. Even a simple order for a bottle of wine was mishandled, arriving after we had already begun our main meal. Undoubtedly, the hotel boasts a prime location, which is one of its most appealing features. However, this does not excuse the exorbitant prices charged, particularly considering the lackluster service provided. While it's understandable that costs in Luanda tend to be higher across the board, guests rightfully expect a certain level of hospitality and efficiency commensurate with the premium they pay. In conclusion, while hotel Presidente may excel in terms of location, its overall value proposition is undermined by subpar service standards. For travelers seeking a seamless and enjoyable stay, particularly at the premium rates charged, it may be prudent to explore alternative accommodations in the area.

8Stay was good and location was fantastic.
Good: Location is probably the best in Luanda, its expensive, however that is expected in Luanda. Breakfast is outstanding and a shortage of nothing. Very good
Bad: The small fridge in the room is anoying, the door gets stuck because its in the caboured, they should rather put someting in it, even the two bottled water you get, stands on the desk, it should be in the fridge
