10We were very satisfied.
Good: The staff was all very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was included with the room and had a wide variety of choices. We were given a bottle of wine upon check in and a free drink at the bar. Most importantly the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Bad: Pillows needed to be better. Shower door was squeaky.

9Great place to stay, great staff, all for a reasonable price!
Good: The staff are amazing and very responsive. Whenever we made a request, it was fulfilled right away. They got us in our room before check in time as we arrived in Rome at 7:30 AM. The location of this hotel is fabulous, just a few blocks from the Spanish Steps and lots of shopping. The neighborhood is safe. There is a coffee shop next door with great pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice. We needed a hotel to accommodate 3 persons in one room and have an elevator which are both hard to find in Italy without paying a premium. The breakfast which was included was just enough to get us going each day. We would highly recommend this property and stay here again.
