Bad: Dirty, out dated, the temperature in the bathroom (hot/humid), a handheld shower head with no wall mount (just dangling), mattress was short and the property was very sketchy

Good: The location is great! Only a quick walk away from the bus stops to reach NYC. The staff was great and gave us forks and spoons when we asked for it. The bed is good and pretty big. Very good for its price overall. Microwave and fridge were very useful and the place is close to a 24/7 CVS.
Bad: It sometimes smells strongly of cannabis and people staying there were extremely loud all night long, screaming and crying, waking us up at 4am. The place feels old and not renovated. The curtains were destroyed and all of our towels were stained. A piece of the bed also fell on us in the middle of the nightThe massive tv is sadly blocked on this repetitive boring single channel.
