Good: Simple hotel that is conveniently located close to many sights. About 15-20 minutes walk for us to the Colosseum, another 10 from there to the Forum Romanum. Roma Termini and the Metro is just 5 minutes away. Staff was friendly. The hotel itself is alright for what it is a good base for a short stay to explore the central sights.
Bad: The windows are not "the latest model" so you can hear a lot of noise from the street below, and this being Rome, there is a lot of noise both night and day, so for light sleepers, earplugs are advisable.
