Good: Front desk staff were very helpful in accommodating some changes we made during our stay.
Bad: Awful breakfast - awful service, extremely slow wait time, had to call the waiter 3 times, order came slow and hastily made. Booked the stay for my parents and felt so embarrassed when they told me of their experience. Emailed to give them feedback and heard absolutely crickets back from them. Can't believe this is Jean-Georges. Appalling.
