Good: The room was huge, was not expecting the suite with separate living and bedroom. It was clean and very comfortable. The front desk help went above and beyond to help us navigate to Manhattan on the subway. Absolutely fantastic service, so friendly and very helpful.
Bad: Breakfast was not good. It was very limited which is fine. However, the bagels were horrible. If that is the main breakfast item, highly suggest you provide a better bagel. I got a bagel with cream cheese, took a few bites and threw mine out and I love bagels.

6Acceptable. The location isn't ideal...
Good: The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location decent. The staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating!
The breakfast, while limited in selection, was free, and tasty!!
Bad: The shower valve turned all the way round, and it was hard to figure out where the hot water was.
The elevator button for floor 3 was broken, and so you had to hold down the "close door" button to get the door to close. Since it didn't work, the elevator never went to 3. I had to go to 4 and walk down a flight of stairs, not ideal for my knee.
Also, the chair in my room was broken, which I discovered when I tried to sit in it to watch a movie.
The breakfast was quite limited, but since it was free, I'm really not complaining. It was tasty.
