Good: The staff were very friendly and helpful answering questions without being condescending. The facilities like the downstairs restaurant and the gym were a nice touch. Also was able to get a complementary sign and small bottles of wine for my anniversary was very sweet and appreciated.
Bad: I called ahead and asked about parking and they said there was parking available, when I arrived it turns out its a garage 3 blocks over. I don’t mind walking and I get it we are in NYC but why not let me know before I get there. Also I paid for early check in and ended up waiting for 2 hours and then got the regular check in time not trying to sound rude but if you pay for something I feel like you should be getting it.

Good: Good location. Room was decently sized for NYC. Room on higher level was re-done and pleasant. Was concerned about potential construction but didn’t hear or see anything. We got a good deal from genius, so feel like it was an excellent value.
