10GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION
Good: First impression was great. Staff were hospitable and welcoming. Our room had a lot of space on the top floor with a magnificent view even though it was of the train station. It was very presentable (exact one in the photo), clean and tidy.
I fell in love with Rome because of the hospitality. It is in a great location. Close to the train station that also has a supermarket and pharmacy etc handy inside it. There are other shops and restaurants further down the road and also buses and tour buses available. All within walking distance.
Bad: Perhaps no beverage amenities. There was a carton of milk but no cups or sachets of coffee, tea, etc. or cups. There were also no phone or electrical sockets by the desk or mirror.
