Good: The staff is outstanding and responsive --we got to check in a few hours early and were given excellent recommendations to local restaurants. A substantial breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the fragrant garden made for a delightful start to our day!
Bad: It was a 10-minute walk away from Termini. We had to cab it due to our luggage. The TV didn't work in the room and wasn't fixed.

Good: Location was an easy walk (10-15 mins) from the main train station and easy access to the local bus close to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and a nice rooftop location made enjoying a leisurely cup of coffee outside in the morning enjoyable. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe walking around in the evening and some nice local restaurants to eat at.
Bad: The bar was never open during our 4 night stay and the air conditioning wasn't turned on yet as they said they don't turn the air conditioning on until later in the season.

Good: Breakfast at the top garden
Bad: Didn't feel comfortable walking from Rome Termini with many homeless people on the road. The presence of police around the area felt like it may not be a safe area.
