Good: The location was convenient, close to the Metro & a direct bus to downtown. It was nice to have breakfast included. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful (gave advice re: local restaurants etc).
Bad: We had an issue with the safe in our room being locked on our arrival. It was supposedly repaired but then it alarmed when we tried to use it. We were upgraded to another room which we greatly appreciated.

Bad: The facilities did not match the images on booking.com,
They gave us a twin room instead of a double as requested, and the issue was only resolved when we asked them to cancel on their end.
The first room they sent us to smelt like a brewery (like someone spilt alcohol and it wasn't cleaned), and it caused my chest to pull tight, making it hard for me to breath.
The second room had a strong smell of mildew
