You can walk to Place de la République and Père Lachaise Cemetery in 10 minutes. The studios and apartments at Citadines République Paris are decorated in neutral tones and feature flat-screen TV, safe and telephone. Each one also has internet access and a private bathroom, complete with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The residence offers buffet and continental breakfast with jams, eggs, cheese and pastries every morning in the breakfast room. Good: The apartment meets the basic needs for a family with 2 children, though nothing fancy. Some of the furniture and decorations are very dated, but overall the apartment was nice. Cleanliness not great, but at a satisfactory level.
Bad: I would say it is pricey for what it offers (we paid 250/night) and you would probably find something better at that price if you search well in advance. The complementary espresso machine (in lobby) for guests is a nice touch though :).

Good: We have stayed at the property many times on the years and find it very easy to navigate
