Good: The location

Bad: The room was like a closet! We are normal size people and had to walk sideways between the double bed and the wall on either side. One tiny chair in front of the bed. The bathroom was so small it would only fit a skinny shower.

Good: The location is the only saving grace for this property.

Bad: This place is an absolute dump. I do not believe it has had a deep clean since 1977. The bathroom was full of black mold. The floors are filthy. I will for sure tell anyone I know that is traveling there to stay clear of this place.

Good: Good location, comfortable bed, clean room, polite staff, quiet room, blackout shutters excellent.

Bad: Water bottles in the room would have been nice. Wet room bathroom not ideal as water stayed all over the floor. Small room. Temperature in the room was too high.

Good: Super hotel only 3 mins walk from Central Line (Lancater Gate) Tube Station. Super staff, clean comfortable and well equipped rooms -hairdryer, iron tea/coffee bath with shower over but could be quite high sided for people with limited mobility issues
