Good: The rooms are very quiet and you don't hear any traffic from the streets outside.

Good: In a very convenient location: 10-15mins walk from Plaza de Catalunya (main shopping area), there are bus stops across the hotel and metro stations just a few minutes walk away. There are also cafes and restaurants nearby, and a small supermarket beside it.
The staff are lovely! I had an issue while I was there and the receptionists went above and beyond to help me out. Other staff were also very friendly and always greeted guests they come across.
Bad: It is evident that the building is very old and worn down. The bathroom in my room was clean enough, but you can see rusts around the toilet, and the water leaks through the glass door when you shower. The hair dryer was extremely weak, I wish I brought my own. My room lacked soundproofing as I can hear people next door to me sneeze and talk as if they were also in my room.
