Bad: Staff not very friendly. And I was accused of not paying for a breakfast in front of a full lobby. When I proved them wrong I had to ask for an apology. The apology I got was less than satisfactory. The embarrassment I suffered will last a long time. I sent an email which has not been replied to as yet.
