Good: The room was exceptionally clean and had all the basic necessities, and was in a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind.
Bad: All the steps with no elevator was hard with all of our cases.

1Extremely disappointing and not safe—definitely...
Good: The location
Bad: There was no hot water and no water pressure, the bathroom was dirty, and the room felt unsafe. It was located down multiple strange corridors, which had an old, musty carpet, and the door couldn’t be locked properly. We left just 30 minutes after checking in. They didn‘t give back our money. They charged us before we see the room and „forgot“ to give back the ID card of my boyfriend (which we find suspicious after all the things we saw after that.)
