Good: The location and staff were amazing! For a small hotel it was very inviting! The price for a safe and quiet location is AMAZING!!
Bad: This is NOT a luxury hotel. It is older, but if you are laid back and can look past that and appreciate the excellent location to Central Park and price then do yourself a favor and stay here.

Good: Nice location. Friendly staff
Bad: Room was really shabby - faucet fixtures falling off, holes in towels, dirty walls. Felt like a lot of money for not much by way of the room itself.
