4An old rundown convenient location,...
Good: Concierge was helping and ordered a car for us.
Bad: This is a rundown hotel located in downtown Miami, which you do not expect. I believe one of the reasons that everyone selects it is because of its close proximity to the port making it a convenient and inexpensive when you have to stay overnight to catch a cruise, but that does not mean they should not do more to keep up.
