Good: Stayed for a week and loved our accommodation! The suites are fully equipped with everything a traveller can possibly need. They are also spotless. We can’t thank enough the friendliest staff and especially Gino Louis for going above and beyond to assist us. We will be definitely coming back

7Convenient and Mostly Adequate
Good: Location, convenience to stores such as Whole Foods, kitchen set-up with refrigerator, microwave, etc. , availability of laundry if needed (we didn't need this time). Convenience of lobby food shop.
Bad: No towel hook(s) in bathroom. Regulated flow on shower. Didn't like that we had to bag up and empty our own trash and do our own housekeeping for the entire 7 day stay. Considering DIY housekeeping requirement, please provide a broom and dustpan to sweep up the floor--it can get very dirty in the kitchen area. It was a pain to have to go down to the front desk, and then the broom was very old and barely usable.

Bad: They have policy to service the room once a week. Also, the to get the fresh towels you have to get your used towels to front desk and then only they will get you fresh set of towels. It is inconvenient
