Bad: The location is ridiculous for getting into the parking lot from the highway, you have to cross 3 lines of traffic in seconds, not safe!!! The hotel needs major maintenance. Toilet, sink and door key passes were broke had to call maintenance to fix them which unfortunately the sink n toilet still weren’t working properly. The cleaning staff has the floors so soapy that you’re slipping on the tile in the rooms and lobby area, no matter what shoes you have on. The smell coming from the toilet that did work was disgusting. The laundry room for guests was out of order and when asked if we could please use one of the maids washers that were working because my 94 yr old father had an accident in his pants, I was told no. We won’t be back!
