7Value for money basic stay in an accessible location.
Good: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even put my bags in my room when I couldn't check in early. The rooms are an ok size, especially for Tokyo. The subway and public transport around the hotel are really great making ti easy to get everywhere in the city.
Bad: The room had a couple of not working sockets which meant charging laptops & phones was annoying. The area although it was well connected didn't have many things to do around it so it meant travelling quite abit to get to the main attractions.

8Great Location Near Akihabara
Good: The staff were very accommodating and friendly, allowing us to store our luggage before checking in and even putting them in our room after we got back from a day out. The room was perfectly suitable, beds were comfortable, has a window that opens. The breakfast was also good, although I wouldn't describe it as a buffet, more a set meal with a drinks buffet. They do offer free coffee at any time though. The bread at breakfast was excellent! Simple and lovely meal for a good price.
Bad: There were renovations going but we weren't affected at all, staff let us know what times there would be noise at check in. Also one thing to note was that there wasn't air-conditioning, which is why we had to open the window at all times. It got quite warm at night which wasn't preferred but we still slept well.

Good: Clean and bigger room than most hotel in Japan. Friendly staff. The hotel provides free cookie/coffee/tea for guest. Has a bathtub. Really close to convenient stores and subway station.
Bad: Room size, still quite small. Hard to move around with open luggage. Laundry only has 1 machine and the instruction is not clear. The washing/drying machine can only take 3kg of clothes per wash - but at the end of the cycle my clothes were still damp.
