Good: The staff are nice and helpful.
Bad: I booked a twin room in Main Building but when check in, hotel staff advised no twin room in Main Building was available and then changed to a twin room in South Building which was smaller than that in Main Building. - Disappointed

8Looked over the interior water courtyard which was nice. Excellent position to go to tourist spots.
Good: Not a skyscapper hotel - Could open the window for some fresh air. Breakfast was a little unusual but if you hunted, there was always something nice to eat. Excellent position with loads of restaurants in the railway station across the road.
Bad: Some of the breakfast items were kept warm by putting them in hot water. Bacon, ham etc.. And there were a lot of cold noodles & vegies. But the french pastries were nice.
