Good: Was given excellent advice at checkin in. The location is excellent. The breakfast buffet was good and varied and it was nice that it included additional options that would not have been expected in other hotels.
Bad: The gym could have been bigger and better equipped. There was nothing else though that I didn't like.

Good: Super Hospitality. Jade at Concierge Service was very helpful. Similarly Christopher at the Lounge.
Bad: Food Service is good but a bit slow. Can fasten it.
