9Great boutique property in great...
Good: Amazing location, helpful and genuine hospitality by the team. While it didn’t have the individual“indigo” design (compared to others I’ve stayed at) it was a lovely boutique style, comfy beds and quality linen and toiletries. I’m a fan! Thank you Victor & Anishka.

7Good but managers have poor...
Good: The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent particularly Richard, Roger and Anjali. They were always friendly and went out of their way to make the morning special
Bad: The other managers were poor and had bad communication. I booked a day room prior to my stay and was put in a tiny room in the basement by the manager who then it seemed expected me to stay in this room for the full seven days accommodation. It was only after a dispute that he agreed to change the room. During the stay on one occasion the room was not cleaned until after 4pm and once again the night manager was very unhelpful with resolving this situation. The operational manager have very poor communication skills and need training on how to improve their communication with customers and resolve problems.
