9Amazing base
Good: The location is amazing with it being so close to Victoria train st making it an ideal base for travel to Gatwick airport and around the city. The front desk staff could not of been more helpful - the two men are a great first impression. Bonus of being able to drop bags before check in ans again store after check out.
Bad: Would be nice if rooms were a little bigger but have everything you need.

6Decent hotel for a very short stay in the centre of London.
Good: Location was good. Breakfast was limited and just sufficient. All necessary amenities were available in the room. The lobby was small and cosy.
Bad: The beds were springy and kind of uncomfortable, and the room was claustrophobic especially for a family for four.

Bad: Your coffee machine was out of service during our stay and speaking to other guest it apparently had been an issue for a time. When inquiring with the staff acted as if this was a new issue.
