Good: Location and cleanliness
Bad: Overwhelmed with smokers on rooftop and neither my tv or my friends tv in her room were able to get English tv stations. It was the only language not working out of like 15 languages.

Good: Excellent value for money in Casa. Super friendly staff, big rooms, huge breakfast buffet, free parking option. Very good Portuguese restaurant downstairs. 15 minutes walk to the Hassan II mosque, which is a must see.
Bad: Rooftop lounge on the top floor is cool and chic, but all locals smoke like chimneys. Its been about 172 years since I have been to a restaurant that allows smoking.

Good: A special thanks to Imane from reception who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.
Bad: Disappointed with our experience at the hotel. Despite being guests, we were unable to dine in the restaurant. Surprisingly, they seemed to prioritize outsiders over in-house guests, even those without proper reservations. A letdown for sure.
