Good: Cleanliness, hospitality, prompt and welcoming responses. The ladies at the front desk Noelia and Virginia were very humble and ready to help. They had very welcoming attitude towards guests. 10Loved it. Would stay again!
Good: Great location. Loved having the terrace as we were able to wash clothes and put them out in the sun to dry. Felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The lobby / pool area was a nice touch for some extra space to hang out too. Staff were friendly and saw one staff member going above and beyond on our last day for another couple who had just arrived, making recommendations etc.
Bad: Would have been nice to have a clothing rack to hang clothes outside, but not a deal breaker, used the chairs instead.

10If we went to Barcelona again, we would stay at this hotel.
Good: Great location and very well-informed employees at the front desk gave us a lot of helpful information. Someone was at the front desk around the clock - 24-hour desk service. Also, the hotel had an easy-to-use coffee machine which all guests could use. It made good coffee.
